Johns friends from these two Golf Clubs will now hold an annual competition every May to compete for the John Whitehead Memorial Trophy. It will be held at each club alternately and will be competed for in the spirit that John would wish for - that being an intensively fought game of golf followed by lots of beer, laughter and good banter in the 19th hole!!
